Our Unique Process

College sports is an alternative way to get into some top universities, often with a full-ride scholarship too. Our services cater to most athletes, from those who want to play NCAA division 1 sports to those who just want an edge in their applications.

STEP ONE

Recruitment strategy

First, we determine the correct pathway for you: either as an athlete or a student-athlete. For athletes, we would mainly focus on communication and negotiation with the university coaches to secure you a spot on the team. For student-athletes, we would focus on your academic application as well as maintaining contact with the coaches.

STEP TWO

Contacting coaches

We have a dedicated team to create a resume of all of your sporting achievements. Then we will send a campaign out to our database of coaches and maintain contact with those who show special interest in you. Oftentimes, you will be invited to the university campus to meet the coach and the rest of the team, as well as to exhibit your skills in front of everyone.

STEP THREE

Recruitment video

We have a partnership with a top media agency who produces the recruitment videos for you. The video will comprise of edited snippets of your athletic performance and accolades. This video is then hosted on many media channels so that you will be seen by hundreds of coaches and interested parties.

Our consultants will help you navigate through the compliance process for playing sports in the NCAA.
